Best Western Signature Collection Copenhagen

The hotel is beautiful and nostalgic. The breakfast was good and service was also very good. I also liked my room and it was very clean. The central Railway Station and Tivoli are right next to the hotel.

Many positives: 1) The location is superb. 2) Reception staff was super friendly and super helpful. 3) Rooms were cozy. 4) Breakfast was adequate. 5) WiFi/ Internet access was good.

Love that the rooms are still decorated as originally for the train conductors. The lobby decor. Love the Scandi idea of room cleaning only when you want it . Great for the planet. Excellent location for getting around and eating in the Tivoli food hall across from the train station.

The best location ever and great breakfast

The bathroom was terribly dirty. Not dirt from the last guest, but old dirt. Did not step on the bathroom floor without shoes on !!! Took several detail photos of the conditions. The lobby was old fashion, poor taste decor and had nothing to do with the functional achitectural style that it was meant to be. Outside the main entrance door on both sides were full of sigarette ends, in a full achtray and in the pinetree pots. All along the wall of the building, past the unatracktive pizza place towards Vesterbrogade was full of dirt. "The oldest swing-door in Copenhagen" was attractiv, but need a very good face lift. The best experiance was the spacious room and the breakfast, run by a polite and afficiant person. I have been working with international hotels for 20 years, and this was a tragic experiance.

The location of the hotel is uncomparable to other hotels I have stayed in Copenhagen. It is next to the Central Station where you can reach every part of the city. The rooms are spacious for 2 people, and the beds and pillows are cosy. The room was clean and there more enough storage places in the room. Plus, people in the reception were always greeting us with a big smile and responded our needs with care (in contrary to the stereotype that the Northerners are both friendly people).

Amazing location, friendly staff, perfect sized room, & keeping the decor of it being an old train driver hotel made it feel especial for a cheap price! Also being a solo traveller, felt super safe.
